Summary
Cyclophosphamide (Endoxan®) is a cytostatic with antineoplastic and immunosuppressant activity that has been used in dermatology for over 30 years. Its use is essentially limited to serious or life-threatening autoimmune and/or systemic diseases because of its haematological toxicity and the risk of drug-induced neoplasia following prolonged use.
