Hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans

7 March 2014, by MOULONGUET I.

Hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans or Flegel’s disease is a rare dermatosis with an autosomal dominant mode of transmission that was first described in 1957. The disease manifests as multiple lesions that affect the extremities similarly to stucco keratosis and acrokeratosis verruciformis from which it differs by its primary lesions, course and genetic mode of transmission.
